General sales terms and conditions

Booking conditions

We will ask you for a credit/debit card number in order to guarantee your booking. A "30% deposit will be charged directly and you will settle the rest at the hotel. Please let us know in advance if you plan on arriving late in the evening.

Cancellation conditions

You may cancel your booking up to 15 DAYS before your expected arrival date without incurring any fees. After this date, you will be charged for the first night.
If cancellation is made one week before the expected arrival date, we will charge you for the total amount of the stay.

Customers are reminded that, in accordance with article L. 121-21-8 12°of the Consumer Code, they do not have a right of withdrawal as provided for in article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code. The Terms and Conditions of Sales for the selected price ‘specify the procedures for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.
